Ambitions is UCOL Palmerston North’s training restaurant where trainee chefs prepare and cook food which is served in the restaurant by our hospitality students. You can enjoy a unique dining experience which allows you to not only enjoy a delicious meal, but also participate in the training of our future professional cookery and hospitality professionals.

We are fully licensed – no BYO permitted.
