UCOL Polytech offers the Certificate in Adult Teaching Advanced (CATA) which is a qualification that will give you the skills to teach adults. So if you need to teach, explain, facilitate or demonstrate to adults, then you should enrol in CATA. The Certificate programme at UCOL Polytech aims to provide you with a sound knowledge of current practice in adult learning and teaching and a repertoire of strategies to use in teaching and learning, assessment, programme design, the research process and teaching practicum.

 

If you are involved in adult education and training - or would like to pursue a career in these areas, then this polytechnic course will enable you to develop the necessary skills and expertise to work in the following areas: adult education, facilitation, community education, tertiary education, staircase to further study.
