If you are interested in hairdressing then completing one of UCOL’s Certificates will fast forward your apprenticeship and help secure you a job, as UCOL graduates are highly valued by the hairdressing industry.

 

UCOL Polytechnic’s programmes will give you further skills and advance your techniques to allow you to fully contribute to a professional hairdressing salon. You will also learn to apply technical hairdressing knowledge and retail skills within a commercial hairdressing environment. Develop the communication skills to work independently or as part of a salon team.

 

UCOL offers the Certificate in Hairdressing,  a qualification you need if you want to succeed in hairdressing. Whanganui UCOL provides apprentice off-job training on a day release basis for apprentices working towards their national certificate in hairdressing (practice) apprentices are directed through the hairdressing industry training organisation.
