UCOL Polytech offers great Hospitality courses which will teach you all the ‘front-of-house’ skills needed to work in restaurants, hotels, cafes and other hospitality outlets.
These intensive hospitality courses offered by UCOL Polytech cover front-of-house, waiting on customers, bartending, product knowledge, food safety, menu design, reservations and employment law. To put the theory into practice, you’ll serve paying customers at UCOL’s Training Restaurant. Here you’ll work in front-of-house, wait and bartend for café z`lunch, formal dining and special functions.
