Overview
This exciting programme builds on the skills learnt in Level 3. You will develop the competence, skills and knowledge required of experienced chefs involved in cooking non-routine dishes with flair and creativity in a commercial kitchen.
Students who successfully complete this programme have the opportunity to sit the City and Guilds International Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking (Culinary Arts) and gain NZQA unit standards.

Class times:
Anywhere between the hours of 8am - 9.30pm Monday - Friday.
Allow 20 hours in class and an additional 20 hours lecturer-directed learning each week.
You will provide your own uniforns and set of knives. We will provide two Futura training packages. Each package includes a workbook and interactive CD-Rom.
