UCOL’s Certificate will teach you the fundamentals of cooking so you can start your career as a chef. This intensive programme will show you how to prepare and cook dishes to enable you to gain work in a supervised role in a commercial kitchen.
You will learn from highly experienced chefs who have worked in the industry. Once you’ve met all the requirements of the UCOL Certificate you will be eligible to receive the National Certificate in Hospitality (Basic Cookery) Level 3 and you can sit the International City & Guilds Certificate in Food Preparation & Cookery.
