Fashion or Beauty? Learn about both at UCOL! This very popular certificate gives a taster in fashion, catwalk, hair and beauty therapy. In fashion you will design and construct two garments to be paraded at a fashion show. You will learn to “catwalk” and what it takes to become a professional model. The hair component teaches the basics of healthy hair and styling. Under beauty therapy you learn about correct skin care, waxing, eyelash and eyebrow tinting, makeup application, manicure, pedicure and customer care. During the programme you will build confidence and self awareness. Plus you will also gain computing and communication skills.
