Overview

This programme stresses design theory and original academic or applied research. Candidates for this programme are required to undertake and complete a written thesis based on their research initiatives and prepare a body of work for final exhibition. They must possess an exceptional degree of motivation and a strong enthusiasm for design.​

Classes are generally between the hours of 9.00am - 7.00pm Monday - Friday. 
Allow 15 - 20 hours in class and an additional 20 hours lecturer-directed learning each. Each semester is a total of 600 hours of instruction.
