Programme Overview
UCOL’s Certificate in Hairdressing (Salon Support) is a programme that will help get your career started in the hairdressing industry. The programme will teach you hairdressing, customer service, communication and interpersonal skills needed to get you a job as a hairdressing apprentice or salon assisstant. Whanganui classes are Monday to Thursday 9.00am-3.30pm. We no longer provide work placement or work experience this is up to the individual to arrange. Plus there are two public sessions per week where you get to work on your own clients. Wairarapa classes are Monday to Thursday 9.00am-3.00pm
