This is the qualification you need if you want to succeed in hairdressing. Whanganui UCOL provides apprentice off-job training on a day release basis for apprentices working towards their National Certificate in Hairdressing (Practice).
Apprentices are directed through the Hairdressing Industry Training Organisation.
