UCOL | Te Pūkenga is located in the heart of the communities we operate in. The work we do goes beyond education on campus and what we deliver makes a genuine difference within our local communities and regions. For example, secondary schools across our rohe have gratefully received UCOL | Te Pūkenga sponsorship for Year 13 prize givings.

At UCOL | Te Pūkenga we value collaboration, communication and working together to achieve mutual partnerships with like-minded businesses and brands. Affiliating with strategically aligned partners to create the best possible outcomes is paramount to UCOL | Te Pūkenga. Through sponsorships of key activities or programmes, we can offer creative ideas and programme execution that aligns your brand to the work at UCOL | Te Pūkenga. UCOL | Te Pūkenga has sponsored many local businesses, including Whanganui Chamber of Commerce for their 2021 Auction, local YES competitions on innovation and entrepreneurship and the Emerging Chef class prize at the bi-annual Manawatu Hospitality Awards.

UCOL | Te Pūkenga supports a number of community initiatives and organisations via sponsorship. In 2020 and 2021, UCOL | Te Pūkenga sponsored Shaz Dagg (Limbitless) in her Coast 2 Coast missions, as well as supporting a Mini Moto championship run by local secondary schools.
