Wairarapa 2010 Graduation Ceremony
Date: Thursday 15 April 2010
Time: 1.30pm
Venue: Masterton Town Hall followed by a parade through town to the UCOL Wairarapa Student HUB for refreshments
Ceremony Timetable

1.00pm |
Report to the Masterton Town Hall where you will gather in the Frank Cody Lounge prior to being seated in the correct order for the ceremony |

1.30pm |
Ceremony begins and is expected to take up to 1 1/2 hours. |

3.00pm |
Procession back to the UCOL Student HUB for light refreshments with family and friends. (See below for more information on the procession). |
|
3.00pm - 4.00pm |
Gowns must be returned to the collection point in the Student HUB. |
Official Procession
Following the conclusion of the ceremony graduates, family and friends will assemble with Academic Staff outside the Masterton Town Hall and begin the Official Procession through the centre of town to the Student HUB at the Wairarapa Campus for light Refreshments.
Photographer
A photographer will be present during the Ceremony and will take photos of everyone as they graduate as well as more formal photos back at the Student HUB after the ceremony.
