Whanganui UCOL 2012 Graduation Ceremony

Ceremony Timetable

9.00-11.00am |
Report to the Atrium, Whanganui UCOL campus to collect your Academic Gown |

12.00pm |
Report to the Opera House where you will be seated in the correct order for the Ceremony. |

1.00pm |
Ceremony begins and is expected to take up to 2 hours. |

3.00pm |
Procession back to the Atrium at Whanganui UCOL campus for light refreshments with family and friends. (See below for more information on the procession). |
|
3.00 – 4.00pm |
Gowns must be returned to the Atrium |
Official Procession
Following the conclusion of the ceremony graduates, family and friends will assemble with Academic Staff outside the Royal Whanganui Opera House and begin the Official Procession through Victoria Avenue to the Atrium at the Whanganui UCOL Campus for light Refreshments.
Photographer
A photographer from Maxilab in Victoria Ave will be present during the Ceremony and will take photos of everyone as they graduate as well as more formal photos back at the Atrium after the ceremony. These photos will be available following the ceremony.
