U-Skills programmes are available in a range of career areas that will assist you to explore your career options, provide connections with employers and assist you to transition into further training or employment.
If you need transport, don’t worry, we will arrange this for you, at no cost for students. *conditions apply
What does it Cost?
There are NO programme fees and NO cost for programme materials. Provided you meet our entry criteria we will award you a “fees free” place. Just fill in an application, get your school to support your application and send it in. We’ll hold an interview with you so you can tell us why you want a place on the programme.

Ready to Make a Start?
Great. But first, to attend U-Skills:
- You need to be enrolled in a government funded secondary school, have an endorsement from that school and be returning for your year 12 or 13 year (See the enrolment form in the centre of the U-Skills Enrolment Booklet).
- You must undertake NCEA study in 2013.
- You will be required to attend an interview to gain acceptance into U-Skills.
