You will gain a broad range of business skills with an emphasis on computing, text processing, reception and workplace communication.

This programme can also be combined with the National Certificate in Business Administration Level 4 to provide a one-year, full-time business administration and computing programme.
Note to Whanganui students: For the semester 2 intake, this programme will be delivered by subcontractor Training For You.

International Entry Requirements

English Proficiency Entry Requirements:
The minimum entry requirement for international students is IELTS General or Academic score of 5.0 with no band score lower than 5 (or equivalent). IELTS scores used must be taken from a single IELTS Test Report Form (i.e. combining scores from more than one test is not permissible). 

Advice & Guidance

A basic knowledge of computers and literacy and numeracy skills would be an advantage.

To optimise chances of success the National Certificate in Business Administration and Computing, Level 2 or the National Certificate in Computing, Level 2 or a pass in School Certificate Typing or achievements of TIMS unit standards (or equivalence from work experience) at entry is recommended.
