There’s never been a better time to studying engineering. UCOL has a range of certificate programmes that are eligible for fees-free under the Targeted Training and Apprenticeships Fund.

New Zealand Certificate in Mechanical Engineering (Level 3)
New Zealand Certificate in Mechanical Engineering (Trade) (Level 4)
New Zealand Certificate in Engineering Fabrication (Trade) (Level 4)
New Zealand Certificate in Electrical Engineering Theory (Level 3)
New Zealand Certificate in Mechanical Engineering (Advanced) (Level 5)
New Zealand Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (Trade Assistant) (Level 3)

Find out if you're eligible

This funding is available for all domestic students (eligible for government tuition subsidies) regardless of age and prior study.

You don’t need to apply to access the fund - just enrol in an eligible programme, and the TTAF process will take care of the fees until 31 December 2022.
