DualPathways is a new Government initiative designed for senior high school students who wish to transition into tertiary education, whilst developing industry-specific knowledge.
UCOL's Level 2 DualPathways programmes provide you with NCEA relevant credits, while giving you what you need to gain the industry component of a Vocational Pathway Endorsement.
The DualPathways at Level 3 gives you NCEA Level 3 credits and allows you to work towards a NZQF qualification, all the while increasing your industry knowledge and experience.
Unit standards delivered within each programme are NZQA framework key vocational units from industry training and contribute towards the students' NCEA results. The selection of units delivered will be consistent with the programme aim and learning objective.
DualPathways programmes are delivered in a UCOL approved site as appropriate. Course locations will be confirmed once applications for each programme are finalised.
Transport assistance is available if you meet certain criteria.
