This programme consist of 60 credits. The courses includes:
Administration Essentials (15 credits)
Learn how to produce professional business documents.
Administration Professionals (15 credits)
Learn how to demonstrate professional and ethical behaviour in a socially and culturally appropriate manner, and how to provide great customer service.
The Practice (30 credits)
Within this simulated business environment, you will experience all aspects of everyday business activities. Learn about the administrative and general services that are required within a business to ensure smooth operations and understand your role in contributing to business performance. Learn about team dynamics, team communications, and how to make sure you get the best results. Gain practical problem solving skills.
