The Universal College of Learning Campuses
UCOL Polytechnic has three large and well equipped campuses in Palmerston North, Whanganui and Masterton, in the central and lower North Island of New Zealand.
The UCOL Polytechnic regions are adjacent and include a mix of provincial urban centres, small towns, beaches and mountains and large areas of rural farmland and national parks.
Our three campuses are modern and spacious, with great facilities, and comfortable learning environments, designed to encourage learning and lifestyle.
On Campus Facilities
On campus facilities include early childhood care and education centres, libraries, high tech studios and computers with internet access.

Free Microsoft Office
UCOL students on all campuses now have free access to the latest version of Microsoft Office.
The full working versions of Microsoft Office includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote and Publisher and can be installed on up to five personal devices, including desktop computers, laptops, tablets and phones.
The product is fully-functional, not a demo or limited version, and can be used as long as students are enrolled at UCOL.
Once a student is no longer enrolled at UCOL, the product will revert to a demo version, and will allow the student 30 days to purchase the product outright.
Because the subscription to these products is only valid whilst students are enrolled, it is recommended that students store documents and files in their own personal online storage service (e.g. a personal OneDrive, Google Drive, DropBox, etc.). Any files stored within the UCOL-provided Office applications will be deleted once the student is no longer enrolled at UCOL.
Each month the Office software will contact Microsoft to ensure that the student is still a currently enrolled UCOL student.
Microsoft Office can be downloaded by following the installation instructions on the Student Intranet.
