New Arts Course for 201404 December 2013
A new arts certificate will be on offer at Whanganui UCOL next year, subject to NZQA approval. Whanganui UCOL Associate Dean of Creative Programmes Katrina Langdon confirms an application has been lodged with NZQA to deliver a number of short courses in a variety of Art Media during 2014 in Whanganui.
