Training

UCOL's international team provides ongoing training to all of our agents using a variety of tools, including video calls. If you would like to book some training, or simply have a question to ask, please contact the team at internationalstudent@ucol.ac.nz. 

Code of Practice 2021

UCOL abides by the Tertiary and International Code of Practice which sets out the expectations that education providers must meet for the wellbeing and safety of their learners. For more information, you can download a copy of the Code from the NZQA website. Refer to Part 6 of the Code for information specific to international students.
