Our talented UCOL learners in Food & Beverage — both Kitchen and Front of House — warmly invite you to dine with us at Ambitions, our fully licensed training restaurant located at 29 Queen Street, Palmerston North.
We offer lunch and dinner services throughout the year, providing our students with valuable real-world experience while you enjoy high-quality dining at exceptional value.

Reservations
To enquire about making a reservation, please email ambitionsrestaurant@ucol.ac.nz and ask to be added to our Database. Database members receive advance notice of menus, opening dates, and special events via email.
Due to high demand and limited seating, reservations fill quickly during service weeks. If a session is fully booked, we may offer to add you to our waitlist. Cancellations do occur, and we'll always do our best to accommodate you.
