Overview
This course will teach you beauty therapy techniques and give you insight into the beauty industry. You will gain knowledge about the history of beauty therapy and how fashion trends relate to modern practices in a fun practical setting.

Course Information
This course comprises 3 credits.
Unit Standard 27640 (Level 2) (3 Credits)
Demonstrate knowledge of current fashion trends and history related to beauty therapy.

Learning Facilities
Fully equipped beauty clinic.
Domestic Entry Requirements
For year 11 - 13 secondary school learners (NZ Citizens, permanent residents or learners with an applicable visa allowing them to be enrolled in a secondary school).
Applications are to be received from participating schools.
