Mental Health Awareness Week

Join us at Wairarapa campus for a week of connection, fun, and wellbeing!

Each day we'll celebrate a different theme with free activities, kai, and prizes.

What's on:

Rāhina (Monday): Connect | Me Whakawhanaunga
Guided hīkoi and kōrero loop, tea and coffee with honey and bread, leaf rubbing art

Rātū (Tuesday): Give | Tukua - Gratitude and Kindness Wall launch
Basket of 'kindness cards' for pinning or gifting

Rāapa (Wednesday): Be Active | Me Kori Tonu - Midweek dance break
A fun, inclusive, beginner-friendly session, burgers and ice cream

Rāpare (Thursday): Take Notice | Me Aro Tonu 
Chill zone with beanbags, puzzles and board games, mindfulness prompt cards and colouring station

Rāmere (Friday): Keep Learning | Me Ako Tonu 
Karapu kōrero session

Everyone is welcome - ākonga and kaimahi! Come along, take a break, and top up your wellbeing together.
