Our UCOL learners in Cookery and Food and beverage welcome you to dine with us for lunch or dinner at Ambitions, our training restaurant, at 29 Queen Street, Palmerston North.

We recommend that you ask to be added to the 'database', as we mail out a flyer with a menu and forthcoming service dates through this.
Due to the exceptional demand for reservations, we can have very limited availability in service weeks and are often fully booked. Our response may be to ask that you be waitlisted. We understand that this may be disappointing, but if you are okay with being waitlisted, we do have amendments/cancellations, and we'll do our best to accommodate you if a spot becomes available.

The database is how we email you our service dates/menus, allowing us to reply quickly to bookings.
We only send mail before service commencement; when we do, bookings go fast, so get in quick! If you would like to book, please complete the "Request a Reservation" form below or send us an email with the following information:
