Benefits for All Staff

At UCOL you're supported to do your job.

Whether you’re an academic or professional member of staff, you are warmly welcomed to UCOL as part of our whānau.

To mark the start of each year, UCOL holds a Staff Welcome Day event – It’s a great way for new kaimahi to meet colleagues, share some kai, and hear about the direction for the year ahead.

The middle of the year brings staff together again for a collective development day, an opportunity to share projects and research and to celebrate our colleague's mahi.

We provide purpose-built, modern teaching environments with innovative technology and specialised equipment.
